Can I open my locker multiple times?⌄
Yes, you can open it as many times as you like during your reservation.
What happens if I collect my luggage later than expected?⌄
No problem. The locker will be locked for security reasons, but you can pay for the extra time directly at the kiosk to unlock it.
What if my luggage doesn't fit in the reserved locker?⌄
Don't worry. Contact us using the phone number available at the location and we'll remotely assign you a larger locker (subject to availability and an additional fee).
Can I cancel my reservation?⌄
Yes, you can cancel it yourself on the website up to 24 hours in advance using your Booking ID. For later cancellations, please contact the location and we'll review your case.
How do I access the location?⌄
Once you complete your reservation, you'll receive a PIN by email and WhatsApp. This code lets you open the entrance door and manage your locker.
